We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and prepare them for delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code to follow your package and enjoy your timeless items as soon as possible!
How to return my key pieces?
At Mioáde, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as it meets our return conditions. To initiate a return, you can email us at info@mioade.com.
- Washing instructions: wash your key pieces at 30°C on a gentle cycle to maintain their quality.
- Drying: avoid tumble drying. Air drying is the best way to keep your items timeless.
- Ironing: if needed, iron on a low setting or use a steamer for delicate fabrics.
