At Mioáde, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as it meets our return conditions. To initiate a return, please email us at info@mioade.com to request a return label. The return costs are €4.95 and will be deducted from your refund. Gifts sent with the order must also be returned if the entire order is returned or the value of the remaining items falls below the gift value.

Once you receive the label, your package must be shipped back within 5 business days, as the label will expire after this period.

Return conditions

All items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged and with their labels still attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable and that €4.95 will be deducted from your order amount for the return costs.
