How to return my key pieces?
At Mioáde, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as it meets our return conditions. To initiate a return, you can email us at info@mioade.com.
Everyday wear: Stainless steel is durable, but to keep it flawless, avoid exposure to strong perfumes, lotions, or chlorinated water.
Cleaning: Simply polish your jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth.
Storage: Store your pieces in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch, to prevent scratches and tarnishing.
